Opinions on whether Mafia 3 is better than Mafia 2 vary among players. Some may argue that Mafia 3 offers a more expansive open-world environment, a more diverse range of activities, and a more engaging storyline with its focus on racial tensions in 1960s America. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and what aspects of the games each player values more. **
